Welcome to Kind Timeless Bags (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Products & Condition Disclosure

All products sold by Kind Timeless Bags are pre-owned or vintage luxury items.

Each item is:

Carefully curated
Professionally inspected prior to listing
Accurately described with detailed photos

Minor signs of wear consistent with the stated condition do not constitute defects and are not grounds for disputes, returns, or chargebacks.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold are guaranteed authentic.

In the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item in its original condition.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Customs

Prices displayed on our website do not include:

Import duties
Customs fees
VAT / GST
Local taxes (unless explicitly stated)

Customs regulations vary by country and are determined solely by local authorities.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from South Korea via EMS (Korea Post) with tracking provided.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs inspections
Postal services
Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

United States Orders

For U.S. shipments, we may assist with customs processing when possible.
However, import duties and taxes are governed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not guaranteed to be waived.

Customs assessments are outside the seller’s control.

International Orders (Outside the United States)

All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

👉 Any applicable customs duties, VAT, GST, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

6. Refusal of Delivery & Non-Refundable Fees

If a buyer refuses to pay required customs charges:

The shipment may be returned or abandoned by customs authorities
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not refund:

Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT / GST
Shipping fees for refused or abandoned shipments

8. Payment, Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

All product details, photos, condition descriptions, and policies were reviewed prior to purchase
Customs duties and import taxes may apply
Shipping delays and customs procedures are outside the seller’s control

❗ Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for the following reasons are considered invalid:

Buyer’s remorse
Failure to read product descriptions or policies
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
Customs delays or inspections
Claims of “unexpected fees” related to import charges

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with supporting documentation, including product listings, shipping records, and policy acknowledgments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kind Timeless Bags shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
