Shipping & Customs Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from South Korea via EMS (Express Mail Service, Korea Post's international express shipping service) or an equivalent international carrier with tracking.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments once dispatched.

Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe international delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on normal shipping conditions and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, and destination country.

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Please be advised that shipping may be delayed by 3–5 business days during major Korean traditional holidays, including Lunar New Year (Seollal) and Chuseok.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these peak seasons.

United States Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are generally prepaid by the seller (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid), and buyers typically do not incur additional import charges upon delivery.

However, U.S. customs regulations and enforcement policies may change without prior notice. Any duties or taxes assessed by U.S. Customs are determined solely by the relevant authorities.

While many shipments are delivered without additional charges, customs fees cannot be guaranteed to be waived in all cases.

International Orders (Outside the United States)

International shipments outside the United States are generally shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are assessed by local customs authorities.

Important Notes

Customs policies vary by country and may change without notice.

Delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Refusal to pay required customs charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned by customs. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
