Refund & Return Policy

Kind Timeless Bags sells pre-owned and vintage luxury items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Failure to review product descriptions or photos
Minor signs of wear consistent with the stated condition

2. Condition Disclosure

Each item is carefully inspected and described in detail, including:

Overall condition rating
Exterior and interior condition
Corner wear, hardware scratches, and usage marks

Minor imperfections consistent with normal use are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Kind Timeless Bags are guaranteed to be authentic.

In the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, a full refund will be issued after the item is returned in its original condition.

Authentication opinions without formal documentation are not accepted.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties, VAT, GST, and import taxes are not refundable.

These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and are outside the seller’s control.

Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned. In such cases:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs fees and taxes are non-refundable

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, including cases of:

Delivery refusal
Customs-related delays or holds
Returned or abandoned shipments

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have:

Reviewed all product descriptions and photos
Read and agreed to our Shipping & Customs Policy
Understood that customs duties and import taxes may apply

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for the following reasons will be contested:

Buyer’s remorse
Failure to read policies or product descriptions
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Customs delays or inspections
Claims of “unexpected fees” related to import charges

We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation to payment processors, including product listings, photos, tracking records, and policy acknowledgments.
